The company ensures the low energy consumption of all buildings by issuing a KENAK Certificate (Regulation of Energy Efficiency of Buildings), and applying where permitted by law in 4067/2012, Article 10 NOK (New Building Regulation).

By energy efficiency of the building, we mean the amount of energy consumed by it and which may include heating, hot water production, cooling, ventilation and lighting. . This quantity is expressed by numerical indicators calculated considering the insulation, technical and installation characteristics, design and location in relation to climatic factors, sun exposure and the influence of neighboring structures, energy production of the building. In addition, factors affecting energy demand are calculated, such as the climatic conditions inside the building. All our properties are with A+ energy ratings, which is the highest energy efficiency rating in Greece.
